General Questions

If you require any further information regarding any of our event listings, please contact the Event Organiser directly. Their contact details are listed on each event page.
Upon purchase, you will receive an order confirmation with a link to the event page, as well as a ticket email with a printable PDF version of your ticket(s).

You can also view tickets for all your upcoming events on the “My Account” page.

If you do not see your ticket in your Email Inbox, please check your Junk/Spam folder for an email from Livecam Ireland and add us to your safe contact list.

There are a few other ways to view your tickets if you don’t receive the email.

  • You can view tickets for all your upcoming events on the “My Account” page.
  • Your ticket can also be accessed via the event page after purchase.
  • You can view a history of your “Orders” in the “My Account” dashboard at any time. Click on “View” to open an order and you’ll find a link to the event you purchased tickets for. Once on the event page, scroll down to the “Tickets” section and you’ll find a link to “View your Tickets”.

We accept payment by credit or debit card (Visa / Mastercard / American Express) through the secure payment portal provided by Stripe. As a PCI Service Provider Level 1, Stripe offers the highest possible level of online payment processing security. You can view their security documentation here.

Yes. Refunds are accepted up to 72 hours prior to an event start time for the full ticket price. Refund requests submitted within 72 hours of an event will not be accepted. In addition to our standard refund terms, from time to time, events may be subject to additional refund limitations which will be detailed on the event page.

To request a refund for your ticket purchase, please contact the Event Promoter via email. Their contact details will be listed on your ticket as well as on the event page. The Event Promoter will then contact us to request the refund on your behalf.

Refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed dependant on the financial house’s refund policy, times and procedures. Please refer to our Refunds Policy for more information.

Virtual Events Questions

Once you have purchased an event ticket, you will have access to the live stream of that virtual event. Streams become available at set times; these times are specified within each event description.

If you have purchased a virtual event ticket, please ensure that you LOG IN to your account at the specified time. You will then see a message at the top of the page with a link to the live stream. Alternatively, you may also access the link to the live stream via the event page.

Access to our online events requires each viewer in each location to be a registered user on Livecam Ireland.

If you’d like to “Gift a View” to someone, simply purchase a gift card for them here for the same price value as the event you’d like to invite them to.

They can then create their own account and purchase a ticket to the event using your gift card.

First, ensure that you log in to your account.

Once you are logged in, you’ll be able to access all the content available for the virtual events that you have purchased tickets for. You can see your valid event tickets under the “My Tickets” section on your account page.

Once you are logged in to your account, you will see a message at the top of the page with a link to the live stream. Alternatively, you can access the live stream via a button on the event page where you purchased your ticket.
Live streams are only accessible to logged in users with a valid ticket. The video player for our live stream will display at a specified time before events are scheduled to start. If that time has passed and the player is not visible, please firstly ensure that you have logged in to your account. If you have done so and still can’t see the player, please refresh the page. If the problem persists, you may need to clear your browser cache and refresh the page again.

Non-Virtual Events Questions

Once you have purchased an event ticket, you will be emailed your order confirmation and your ticket(s). Take your ticket with you on the day of the event, either in digital format on your phone or printed from the PDF version that we send you. Your ticket will be checked at the door, either manually or using a QR Code scanner.
